You have accomplished so many things in the last few months let me share with you so you can remember how big you've become:
- you moved to preschool B into Kip's class. He is so much fun and so creative.
- you are fully potty trained and having no accidents!

And some other things about you-
- you still don't like to sleep alone

Arizona time
The three girls of the family headed to Arizona last weekend for some grams and papa time. Nancy, Dan, Belle and Portia were also there. We had a blast.
You girls swam, played with porter, ate all of papa's oatmeal chocolate chip cookies, played hide and seek and spent some time at the playground.
You also went to a game arcade where Dottie had a panic moment on the bumper cars and Hazel was the big winner at the ball drop game. Dottie left with a pink bouncy ball and Hazel left with a rocket booster. You drank milkshakes afterwards.
Space dance party!
It was such a fun time joining you for space dance!! We danced, took pictures in front of the wall of stars and watched the movie your teachers made- so creative!!
We had a blast (off)!
Your grams
Your grams is such a wonderful women- I hope you learn that as your grow older. She loves you so much and wants to share her talents with you. Grams is an artist and can do amazing things with her hands through sewing and quilting. It is not easy and requires enormous amounts of patience and skill.
She would love another sewer in the family and perhaps it will be one of you girls.
She grew up in Wolverton Minnesota and was the daughter of a farmer. She went to school in a little red schoolhouse with few children until eighth grade when she commuted to Breckinridge Minnesota to attend a larger school ( and that's where she met papa!!)
She's not a fan of outdoorsy things and prefers to spend time at home. She loves her family and looks for harmony.
I ask you to learn about your grandparents while you can. You have an enormously wonderful family who would do anything for you.

Title: the age of irrationality
You are my daughter and you are my true love but there are times you simply drive me crazy!!!!!
Something switched in you a while back and while I happy to see you come in to your own, I don't know how to handle it.
You can be so loving and affectionate- you always need my am around you ( specifically my left arm) and to cuddle up close.
But.... You can also switch your emotions on a dime. From happy Dottie to angry Dottie in a second. What is going through that clever brain of yours?? Do you not have the vocabulary to express yourself? Are your emotions just too much for you to handle??
I hope I can teach you that expressing yourself is the first step and that anger does no good in solving problems.
Your little feet may love to kick and stomp. Your little arms may love to thrash and hit. Your little mouth may love to scream and wail.
Just remember that your momma loves to hug and console.
Turn that fire into good my sweet girl.
